With the development of social economy and the increasingly stringent requirements for environmental protection in China, especially the national standard “Design and Construction Code for Automobile Gas Station” GB50156-2012, which was implemented on March 1st, 2013, makes the application of double-deck tanks more and more in gas stations. Double-deck oil tank can greatly reduce the risk of environmental pollution caused by oil leakage, improve the safety and reliability, and have good prospects for development.
The inner layer, made of 6 or 8 mm thick Q235-B steel plate, is much stronger than the ordinary single-layer oil tank with a thickness of only 5 mm. The outer layer, toughened glass fiber, has a thickness of more than 4.0 mm and good compressive and seismic resistance. It has strong corrosion resistance and electrical corrosion resistance: unique process technology is adopted between the inner and outer layers to make the gap reach 0.1mm and eliminate hidden dangers from the root. Leak detector monitors 24 hours to eliminate potential safety hazards caused by leakage. The service life of S/F double-deck oil tank is 5-10 times longer than that of an ordinary oil tank, which can ensure safe use for at least 30 years; it is easy to install, shorten the construction period greatly and reduce the cost input; S/F double-deck oil tank has high efficiency of the economy, high efficiency of environmental protection, and can effectively protect energy resources and avoid serious harm and loss caused by energy leakage
